During my time in Typograph 2 class, we were asked to recreate in our vision a classic fairy tale of the old days - I chose my favourite Alice in Wonderland but with a scary twist.
For this task we were asked to create a full scale book of the original fairy tale, we had to do a book cover as well as the reading material which the book has - this task focused on layout/margins/hierarchy and typography - everything had to be neat and packed together to ensure that the actual mock ups are readable.
Once all the measurements, fonts, layout/margins were completed, we finally have created a ready for print remake of one of the best fairy tales.
This project really helped me get a better understanding of how beautiful and importat margins and layouts are when designing strategically.
